Dance & Fitness
These classes are designed for all ages and abilities. Combining dance, fitness and fun.
Classes inlcude warm ups, muscle toning , ballet, funky jazz and stretching. Learn different styles of dancing and technique, tone and strengthen your muscles. You can even bring your own music for dance routines. Come to our adult classes to have fun, be fit and feel great.
Children's Classes
Ballet & Boogie (2.5yrs - 5yrs)
Children love to sing, dance, make lots of noise and move to music. Instruments are used each week to learn different rhythms. Songs with actions are always great fun and dance routines with props are the highlight of each class. Basic ballet steps and French terms are also something the children love to learn. (Mini's classes are slightly more advanced than Tot's).
Junior's (6-10yrs)
These classes include warm-ups, fun exercises learning specific dance steps and routines. Dance routines from well known musicals are learnt as well as funky routines to pop songs. Each child is helped individually with performance and dancing technique while having a great time.
Teen's (11+ yrs)
Dance classes for this age group include funky street/jazz, contemporary and ballet. The routines are more advanced than Juniors and the technique is a higher standard. Classes are still very fun and students can work towards performances if they wish to do so.
All children have the chance to perform in shows, take part in competitions and work towards certificates.
